This was the hotel Rob stayed in for one night. It is the highest hotel in the world, starting at about the 54th floor and going on up to the 80th or more.

Not sure why, but there was an altercation, then the police arrived and it looked like she was being arrested. There was a huge throng of people all around watching the proceedings.

This building is on the outskirts of the old Chinese city of Shanghai. The Chinese were not allowed in many parts of Shanghai, especially the Bund Area.

Golden Tree

Yu Gardens Bazaar - This being the 5th trip to Shanghai, I had never come across this area before - what a find. Awesome old buildings and a huge rabbit warren market area selling all kinds of things. A lot of local arts and crafts here.

The only shame in this old Chinese city area, was the gaudy McDonalds, KFC & Starbucks Coffee signs and shops - certainly didn't look like they belonged.
